The limited edition Casa Magna Jalapa Claro keeps the same filler/binder blend as the popular Casa Magna Colorado. Â For the Jalapa Claro the Quesadas replaced the wrapper with a silky Nicaraguan leaf from the Jalapa region. Â You still get the rich, bold flavors of the original Casa Magna Colorado only that smooth Nicaraguan Jalapa wrapper gives the cigars a delightful sweet, creamy component.

Â Mitchell Orchant of Alfie Turmeaus Tobacconist in the UK worked with Regius Cigars to select the final blend of these fantastic limited edition smokes. Â The 2016 Regius Seleccion Orchant is a Nicaraguan puro blended to deliver Cubanesque flavors Mr. Orchant is so fond of. Â Two sizes were released this year. Â A 5 1/2 x 52 Torpedo called the Campana, and a 4 1/4 x 52 Robusto.
Ivy is the latest project from Jason Holly and Viva Republica Cigars. All tobaccos in the Ivy have been aged for a minimum of five years. Â The cigars are made with a blend of high priming tobaccos from the Cibao Valley in the Dominican Republic and Nicaraguan tobaccos from the Esteli and Condega regions. Â They have a dual binder from Cameroon and the Dominican Republic. Â The wrapper leaf is a rich Ecuadorian Habano Corojo.
